Villas in this resort have been categorized into three capacities or types, namely "B" "C" and "A" with a view to permitting guests to determine on their own choices. Phenomena in this deviation are that, space facilities and standards provided within are generated or ascended from "A" to "B"

This is a much spacious villa with all comforts. Fully air conditioned and well furnished villa has three bed rooms, sitting and dining areas, pantry with appliances and utensils, two bath rooms, a Washing Machine and a Drier, Telephone, Television, etc. Cooking is not permitted in all three types. The bedrooms are provided with double beds. And much suited for 6 adult - guests. However children under twelve years are permitted / tolerated for accompanying their parents. The specialty in B type villa is that your Domestic Helpers too have a small living area in the villa itself with an attached bathroom.

Fully air conditioned and well furnished villa has two bed rooms, sitting and dining areas, pantry appliances and utensils, one bath room with a Washing Machine and a Drier, Telephone and a Television. It has no facility to accommodate your Domestic Help. Suited for four Adult Guests.

This air-conditioned and well furnished Single Room villa too has sitting and dining areas and a well equipped Pantry like in the other two types but not equipped with the washing Machine and the Drier. It has a double bed-room. Ideal for 2 adults or honey mooners .
